Stable housing provides the foundation people need to successfully rebuild their lives and move toward independence.
Safe, quality housing provides stability during the critical transition back into the community.
Residents live within a structured environment designed to encourage responsibility, consistency, and successful reentry.
The goal is not simply housing, it is helping residents move toward stability, permanent housing, and long-term independence.
Stabilize
Begin with safe, structured housing while establishing routines and addressing immediate reentry needs.
Build
Maintain employment or lawful income, strengthen life skills, and develop greater personal and financial stability.
Transition
Prepare for permanent housing and create a sustainable plan for continued independence.

The Housing Initiative serves individuals who are ready to build stability, accept accountability, and take meaningful steps toward independent living.
Residents should be employed, actively seeking employment, or have a lawful and verifiable source of income.
Residents must be willing to follow program expectations, maintain a substance-free environment, and work toward personal independence.
Each applicant completes a referral, application, and screening process to determine eligibility and readiness for placement.
