Program R.E.D.
Getting home is the event. Staying home is the plan.
Prepare for the transition. Build a plan for success.
Turn preparation into stability and stability into a future.

Returning home from incarceration involves much more than walking through the gate. Housing, employment, transportation, supervision requirements, family relationships, emotional adjustment, financial responsibilities, and everyday decisions can all become part of the transition.
Identify the challenges and barriers that may affect your transition home.
Continue working the plan after release as needs, barriers, and opportunities change.
That actually makes this layout better than removing the three boxes because it introduces the R.E.D. 360 philosophy very simply:
Whole-Person Support
Addressing the realities that can affect a successful return home.
Individualized Planning
Building a plan around each participant’s needs, strengths, barriers, and goals.
Continued Support
Connecting pre-release preparation with 30, 90, and 180-day follow-up.

R.E.D. 360 connects preparation before release with continued support after returning home.
